More often than not great ideas fail due to bad project management; resulting in schedule and cost blow-outs. We believe the key to our success lies in a very strong focus on project delivery:
- We follow the PMBOK (PMI) method for our projects, which means that we spend time upfront with our customer to truly understand the problem we are solving and any secondary considerations there may be.
- Based on our project plan (WBS, schedule, etc) we provide regular updates to our customer and partners, so that if something does change, we are on top of it.
- We have considerable experience in managing suppliers and subcontractors.
